Everything was just perfect especially the STAFF's excellent protection of security! I was quite amazed how brilliantly the hotel is being managed! More than experts! A great thank you to the chef he made the amazing delicious soup and gave us a large amount of chicken to take back in the room with us!! Excellent breakfast lunch and dinner.. The hotel has brilliant meeting rooms so that's a huge benefit! It's brilliantly clean great food and an amazing cafe place to chill out. Sadly there was no pool but that doesn't effect our stay. There is a mall beside the hotel with everything and anything from Starbucks to Carrafore for daily needs etc! A brilliant uni nearby and right beside the hotel is a lovely mosque..! A highly secured hotel for those getaways for a fee days or a few weeks!! Loved each day it felt like home. The guest relations were excellent the moment I checked in she had a quite word with us regarding the hotel and our stay! Very well-spoken and excellent communication. I'm quite impressed with this hotel I would give it 10 stars! Thank you to all the managers and great guest relations for all the effort and I'm happy to come back and feel a home again… I would recommend this hotel..! Great experience!!! And a great thank you to the housekeeping VERY WELL HYGIENE TRAINED..!

Hello 👋 as a regular guest in grand plaza hotel i would like to thanks very much the front office manager for his all great front team with a very special thanks to mohamed ali & mohamed tarek for there very great efforts making my accommodation very well really appreciated, also i would like 👍 to thank nashwaa from the guest relations team for calling & asking if anything is needed thank you very much , least but not last i would like to thank bassem he is a true gentleman , greetings for all the team from the check-in to the checkout, thank you .

The property was fairly new and pretty big in size. It had gates and an easy access parking lot. The room was clean but it would be nice to get larger size beds. The staff was AMAZING! Mr. Islam the head of the reception upgraded my room for free and sent me a birthday cake when he knew it was my birthday! People were very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was great! and the wi fi service was very reliable! I’ll definitely stay there again! deserving every pound I paid!

Staff were amazing. Knowledgable and educated in managing guests and tourists. Even helped with flight changes and transport to Cairo. The building is new and the rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Lighting and aircon is super. Bathroom is clean and everything works perfectly. It's a bit away from the noise but Uber makes it easy and cheap to get anywhere. Definitely recommend

They changed the room upon my request because it wasn’t safe for my kids regarding the safety lock of the windows also I noticed they fixed that safety lock of that room that I left the next day. we had breakfast included it was nice and the staff were friendly I liked the room service very much,the food and the drinks also the prices are reasonable.
